To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was incorrect or damaged)
Note: For hygiene reasons, hair products, wigs, and beauty items cannot be returned once opened.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
3. Exchanges

- Used or worn traditional clothing
- Gift cards and digital downloads
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
